Dr. Richmond Okafor, a father of six, is a visionary entrepreneur, innovation leader, and academic with over two decades of experience building and scaling businesses across manufacturing, logistics, technology, facilities management, and consulting in Africa.

He is the founder and chairman of multiple companies, including Cleanmax Industries Ltd and Pushlogic Ltd, and serves as a director, advisor, and startup mentor across several pan-African innovation and technology platforms. His work focuses on helping businesses scale, adapt, and succeed in complex markets while driving digital transformation and economic development.

As a Senior Fellow at Lagos Business School, he teaches entrepreneurship and contributes to shaping future business leaders. He has also lectured and facilitated programs across leading international institutions and entrepreneurship platforms, supporting both emerging founders and established organisations.
