Joan Oke is an Economist with a Master's degree in Marketing. She has decades of experience in the banking industry and the management of Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs).

She now focuses on empowering women to discover their identity, build character, and gain the knowledge and skills needed to earn and achieve financial independence. She is committed to encouraging women towards growth, independence, and lasting impact.

Joan is a mum and grandmum of a large family and has nurtured children with varying personalities ranging from Millenials to Gen alpha.
