Efe O. is a Life and Wellness Coach, married and a mother of two amazing young men, who runs a suite of passion-led, people-centered businesses rooted in growth, connection, and impact.

Her work brings together youth coaching, corporate training, and curated gifting—supporting young people to grow in confidence and resilience, helping teams build stronger communication and emotional intelligence, and creating thoughtful gifting experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Alongside her work, Efe has built strong experience within the startup ecosystem. She previously led the Programs Unit at GetFundedAfrica, where she worked closely with founders, partners, and teams to design and deliver impactful programmes. She continues this work as a tech startup mentor and currently serves as a start-up coach and business consultant with Evonlabs Africa, supporting founders as they prepare for growth and investment.

With a background in Business Administration and experience across multiple industries, as well as exposure to diverse cultures through travel, Efe brings a grounded and relatable approach to everything she does.

At her core, she is driven by a simple intention: to uplift and create impact—through conversation, collaboration, and meaningful experiences. She is also actively involved in her community, serving as a catechist and supporting educational initiatives.
