Brenda Unuavworho is a passionate builder of spaces and people. As a certified architect with over 20 years of experience, she designs physical environments that inspire and uplift. 

She is the business lead of Sterling Realties Development Company, a real estate company orchestrating a 50hectares luxury beachside development in Lekki, Lagos- Nigeria.

She is also the co-founder of Aerial Consult Ltd, an architectural and construction company that she runs with her husband. 

Beyond construction, she channels her expertise into building lives, empowering women to deepen their faith in God, live with purpose, and achieve the extraordinary through her Women’s Growth Academy—a thriving community dedicated to spiritual and practical growth.

She is the convener of the annual WGA Conference, a gathering of women where they meet with powerful speakers who help them reshape their minds and propel them to do exploits in the new year. 

Brenda is also a coach for women who desire to leave a lasting legacy. Through her AMPLIFY YOU program with its transformative framework, Clarify - Create - Brand - Publish - Amplify, she helps professional women uncover their core message and translate it into impactful books that shape lives and communities. She desires to help 10,000 women publish legacy books that shape culture and inspire others. 

She is passionate about the girl child development and volunteers in schools to encourage and inspire children to read, write and lead in different areas. 

Whether designing structures, mentoring authors, or inspiring women to thrive, Brenda is driven by her belief that everyone is called to build something meaningful—both in the physical and spiritual world.

She is married to her best friend and they are blessed with four creative world changers.
